At Yiota Kay Art, every piece is created by hand with care and intention. Because all artwork is custom-made and produced in small batches, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of custom artwork and the time, materials, and labor involved:

All purchases are final sale
No returns
No exchanges
No refunds
No cancellations once production has begun

This policy applies to all products sold on Yiota Kay Art, including:

  • custom commissions

  • made-to-order artwork

  • personalized pieces

  • original works

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, colors, materials, or timelines, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Damaged Packages

Your artwork is packaged with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yiotakayart@gmail.com, including:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.
