All artwork from Yiota Kay Art is carefully packaged and shipped from Greece.

Processing Time

Most items are custom-made / made to order.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for creation and order processing before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• Greece: [5–7 business days]

• Europe: [7–14 business days]

• International: [14–21 business days]

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships (when available).

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. Yiota Kay Art is not responsible for customs delays.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery may require additional shipping payment to resend.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact yiotakayart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist.
